1. Each driver must fill out an entry blank.
2. The track or promoter reserves the right to approve or reject any and all entries.
3. ENTRY FEE per driver is $25.00 plus $15.00. Each pit crew member will pay $15.00. 4 PIT PASSES PER ENTRY WILL BE GIVEN TO DRIVER. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 16 IS ALLOWED IN THE PIT AREA. NO ONE ALLOWED IN PITS WITHOUT VISIBLE PIT PASS.
4. NO INTOXICATING BEVERAGES ALLOWED PRIOR TO OR DURING THE SCRAMBLE IN THE PITS.
5. 100% entry fee payback, plus trophies.
6. The scramble will be composed of individual heats, with elimination heats.
7. A heat winner must drive the same car in the elimination heats that he used in the heat race.
8. The decision of the judges and pit stewards will be final.
9. Drivers must be 16 years of age and be able to prove it. Participants under 18 must have parent’s permission signed on a waiver.
10. Any driver not obeying the rules will be disqualified.
11. Any front engine, hard top vehicle including station wagons and minivans are allowed and must be visually factory stock. No trucks, carry alls or jeeps allowed. RULES & REGULATIONS for ALL TRACK EVENTS at:

12. Approved seat belts - lap only - and full helmets with chin strap are required.
13. Safety glasses, goggles or face shields must be worn.
14. All glass, including head lights, tail lights, mirrors and windshields, must be removed.
15. Auto must be CLEAN OF ALL DEBRIS and glass prior to entering pit area.
16. Stock fuel tank allowed. Fuel tank must be ahead of rear axle and in factory location.
17. Auxiliary fuel tank must be located no further forward than the rear of front seat and no further back than the front of rear axle. Fuel tank must be securely fastened. Shield must be metal, secured and cover
complete fuel tank to keep gas from splashing.
18. FIRE SHIELD MUST BE A METAL MATERIAL securely covered over and around the tank, to keep gasoline from splashing.
19. ABSOLUTELY NO 1 TO 5 GALLON CARRYING GAS CANS ALLOWED FOR AUXILIARY TANK.
20. Auxiliary tank must be of steel or neoprene construction and not to exceed six (6) gallon capacity. (Portable marine outboard tank recommended.)
21. Any leakage of fuel will lead to immediate disqualification of car. No electric fuel pump except factory fuel injection or starting fluid allowed.
22. No special or reinforced bumpers, no trailer hitches.
23. All doors must be welded or chained with 3/8” or larger chain. All hoods, trunks, tailgates must be chained or wired, not welded, for access to possible fire. All trunk lids must have 12” inspection hole. Radiator reinforcement not to exceed frame rails.
24. There must be a 24 inch opening cut in hood above carburetor or center of hood.
25. MANDATORY - Drivers door must be reinforced but not to exceed 8 inches front or back and must be securely fastened. Safety netting (no larger than 2 inch openings) must engulf and be securely fastened inside driver’s door window. Safety netting must be able to cut the material with a knife for safety. **- Able to purchase netting at Johson*s Speed 517-321-6460. No cutting drivers door.
26. Must have added support in the center of the windshield from the roof to the firewall, safety netting on front window and a MOUNTED, WORKING FIRE EXTINGUISHER IN THE CAR FOR YOUR SAFETY. (MANDATORY)
27. Cutting fenders, bumpers and grills is permissible; radiator must stay in position or be removed.
28. Battery may be moved, but must be securely fastened to the car and be covered by shield if in driver*s compartment. Only one battery allowed.
29. All chrome stripping must be removed from the outside of the vehicle.
30. No spring jacks or blocked shocks. Car must have free suspension.
31. No double or liquid filled tires allowed, tires must not exceed stock size or 6 ply and no more than a C-load rating. No studs or screws in rims to hold tires. No solid tire, no dual sidewall.
32. Vehicles must have brakes before beginning of heat.
33. No deliberate head-on collisions, hitting a driver*s door, or unnecessary roughness.
34. Don*t leave your car during a heat unless you are told to do so, or until the last car has been given the checker flag.
35. Cars may be decorated in good taste, but both front doors and number board on roof should be painted WHITE and left clean of numbers.
36. NEW MANDATORY - must have sheet metal installed on top of car to place number.
37. Numbers will be painted on both sides of cars and number board on roof as cars enter.
38. All drivers must attend the driver’s meeting.

40. We reserve the right to disqualify any driver at any time.
41. All cars are to be removed from EAGLE PARK after the event. Pit closes one hour after race is complete. All cars left on the premises will be removed by Eagle Park.
42. MANDATORY padding inside driver’s door, carpeting acceptable.
43. Each participant/driver may only enter one car per Demo-Scramble.
44. No adding counter weights inside or outside of car.
45. Must have full length clothing which consists of pants and long sleeve shirt. Fire suit recommended.
47. No all-wheel drive vehicles allowed.
47. MANDATORY - All drivers are advised to install a driver side roll cage or center mounted reinforcement bolted or welded to the roof and to floor with a minimum of 6 inch steel plate top and bottom to protect in case of roll over.
