11. Approved seat belts - lap only - and full helmets with chin strap are required.

12. Safety glasses, goggles or face shields must be worn.

13. All glass, including head lights, tail lights, mirrors and windshields, must be removed.

14. Auto must be CLEAN OF ALL DEBRIS and glass prior to entering pit area.

15. STOCK GAS TANK MUST BE REMOVED. An auxiliary tank must be no further forward than the rear of the front seat and no farther back than the front of the rear axle.

16. Auxiliary gas tank must be securely fastened.

17. FIRE SHIELD MUST BE A METAL MATERIAL securely covered over and around the tank, to keep gasoline from splashing.

18. ABSOLUTELY NO 1 TO 5 GALLON CARRYING GAS CANS ALLOWED FOR AUXILIARY TANK.

19. Auxilary tank must be of steel or neoprene  construction and not to exceed six (6) gallon capacity.  (Portable marine outboard tank recommended.)

20.Any leakage of fuel will lead to immediate disqualification of car.  No electric fuel pump except factory fuel injection or starting fluid allowed.
21. No special bumpers, trailer hitches, or reinforcements will be allowed (radiator area reinforcement ONLY).  Roll Bars in driver area optional for scramble.

22. All doors must be fastened shut by chains, no larger than 3/8 or welded.  Trunks, tailgates and hoods must be chained or wired, but be able to be opened in case of fire.  All fastened trunk lids must have 12 inch inspection hole cut in trunk lid.

23. There must be a 24 inch opening cut in hood above carburetor.

24. MANDATORY: Drivers door may be reinforced but not to exceed 8 inches front or back and must be securely fastened.  Safety netting (no larger than 2 inch openings) must engulf and be securely fastened inside drivers door window.  Must be able to cut the material with a knife for safty.

25. Must have added support in the center of the windshield from the roof to the firewall and a MOUNTED, WORKING FIRE EXTINGUISHER IN THE CAR FOR YOUR SAFETY.  (MANDATORY)

26. Cutting fenders, bumpers and grills is permissible, radiator must stay in position or be removed.
1. Each driver must fill out an entry blank.

2. The track or promoter reserves the right to approve or reject any and all entries.

3. ENTRY FEE is $25.00 for driver plus $10.00 and $10.00 for each pit crew member.  4 PIT PASSES PER ENTRY WILL BE GIVEN TO DRIVER.  NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 16 IS ALLOWED IN THE PIT AREA.  NO ONE ALLOWED IN PITS WITHOUT VISIBLE PIT PASS.

4. NO INTOXICATING BEVERAGES ALLOWED PRIOR TO OR DURING THE SCRAMBLE IN THE PITTS.

5. The scramble will be composed of individual heats, with elimination heats.

6. A heat winner must drive the same car in the elimination heats that he used in the heat race.

7. The decision of the judges and pit stewards will be final.

8. Drivers must be 16 years of age and be able to prove it.  Participants under 18 must have parents permission signed on a waiver.  Must have had a drivers license at one time.

9. Any driver not obeying the rules will be disqualified.

10. Any front engine, hard top automobile allowed.  No trucks , carry alls, or jeeps and they must be visually factory stock.  Stationwagons allowed.
